You begin by recording what your organisation actually runs, so there is one record of the AI in use. When responsibility has to be shared, you add the process around it: owners, actions, controls and evidence. When a board, a customer or a tender needs more than your own word for it, you add intelligence matched to your own register, a quarterly board pack and expert review.
Prices are shown per month. Paid plans are billed annually, plus VAT. EU hosting, encryption, tenant isolation and access control apply on every plan, Starter included.

How buying it works
What you pay for, and what happens after setup.
Annual billing
Prices are shown per month so the plans can be compared, but Register, Govern and Assure are agreed for twelve months and invoiced annually in advance, plus VAT. Starter is free and has no term.
What implementation covers
A one-off fee for the work of getting your register started, not an extra licence charge: configuring the workspace, structuring the register, bringing in the AI you already use, naming owners, setting up the governance records your plan includes, and reviewing the quality of what has been recorded before you rely on it.
After setup
The record is yours. It stays live, reviews and reminders continue, and the subscription covers the platform and the services in your plan. You can move up a plan when a board, customer or tender asks for more, and everything you have already recorded comes with you.
Founding design partners
Founding Register and Govern customers get standard implementation at no charge, in return for structured product feedback during the design-partner period. Assure implementation is scoped after discovery and is not discounted.
